Cheers James. I forgot to mention: the UK and Oz discs are identical and coded for both regions 2 and 4. They also have English subs for the commentary.
I see you've added a footnote on both comparisons, re the Walton score, saying "he only composed approximately twenty minutes of music".
But his entire, full length score is included on most releases! At the last minute, the producer controversially booted him off the film.

Yes: all extras are subbed in 10 languages, though only the main five appear on the start-up menu. Looks like the second disc is identical in all the PAL 2-disc releases.
